By accessing or using the DMV Sports Group Athlete Directory ("GIC," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
GIC provides an online platform for youth football athletes (ages 7-18) and their parents/guardians to create athlete profiles, upload highlight videos, track performance metrics, and connect with coaches and scouts for recruiting opportunities.
Our services include athlete profile management, video hosting, event registration, and recruiting tools designed specifically for youth football players in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area and beyond.
3.1 Registration: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or legal guardians must register on behalf of minor athletes.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.4 One Account Per Athlete: Each athlete should have only one profile. Duplicate profiles may be removed.
4.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you submit, including videos, photos, and profile information.
4.2 License Grant: By posting content, you grant GIC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
4.3 Content Standards: You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
4.4 Parental Consent: All content featuring minors must be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian who consents to its publication.
Athletes may achieve "GIC Verified" status by participating in official DMV Sports Group events and combines. Verification indicates that an athlete's performance metrics have been officially recorded and validated by GIC staff.
GIC Verified status does not guarantee recruiting opportunities or endorse an athlete's character or abilities beyond recorded metrics.
6.1 Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost with limitations on profiles and storage.
6.2 Paid Plans: Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our website.
6.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
6.4 Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests.

The GIC name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of DMV Sports Group. Our website design, text, graphics, and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY RECRUITING OUTCOMES OR OPPORTUNITIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GIC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
